Coronavirus has plunged the world into uncertainty and the constant news about the pandemic can feel relentless. All of this may impact upon your mental health and well-being, particularly if you are already living with conditions like anxiety, depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Here are T4C we can support you. Although T4C is not an expert on mental health, we are acutely aware that many of you may need some additional support to get through the next few weeks with as little distress as possible.
We recognise that if you have an existing mental health issue, such as stress, anxiety and depression you may feel particularly in need of this service during this period of uncertainty.
We will continue to develop this page over the coming weeks.
Below you’ll find a range of resources to support you during this time as well as the opportunity to support colleagues yourselves.
